Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a part-time Parking Enforcement Attendant in Savannah, GA. The role focuses on guest service, safety, and revenue-control duties at the parking facility.

You will patrol lots, issue citations, maintain equipment and signage, and complete reports. The position offers weekend evenings (Friday and Saturday) 4PM–12AM or 5PM–1AM, with 16–20 hours per week and benefits eligibility based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor lots to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
• Issue citations based on preapproved guidelines for non-paid or time-expired parkers.
• Maintain lot signage and perform general lot maintenance and cleaning.
• Prepare reports and file paperwork regarding violations and citations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
