Job summary

Propark Mobility in Oakland, CA is seeking a Parking Enforcement Officer to direct patrons, issue tickets, and perform daily shift paperwork. This full-time, on-site role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work mornings, evenings, or overnights.

The position offers a $20.00/hour pay rate and a structured shift from Wednesday to Sunday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with additional duties as assigned by location management. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with customers and employees.
• Available mornings, evenings, overnight.

Responsibilities

• Direct patrons where to park.
• Issue tickets to customers, recording the required information on each ticket.
• Process exception transactions (e.g., lost tickets, grace period tickets) according to company policy.
• Complete daily shift paperwork including transactions, vehicles in/out, contract parkers, and tickets.
• Provide company standards of service with each customer, including greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and exit thanks.
• May perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks as directed by management.
• Participate in special projects as assigned by location management.
• Perform other duties as needed.
