Job summary

Propark Mobility is seeking an On Call Parking Enforcement Officer in Pacifica, CA. The role involves directing patrons to parking, issuing tickets, and recording transactions, with a paid rate of $20.00 per hour.

You'll complete daily shift paperwork, handle exception transactions, and provide friendly, professional customer service. Availability mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts is required, with potential additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and able to work mornings, evenings, and overnight.
• High School diploma preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, comprehend and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.
• Provide customer resolution in a courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Direct patrons where to park and maintain orderly flow.
• Issue tickets and record required information on each ticket.
• Process exception transactions per policy and complete forms.
• Complete daily shift paperwork with transactions, traffic, and fees.
• Provide standards of service with each customer and maintain uniform appearance.
• Assist with small cleaning or maintenance tasks as needed.
• Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned.
