Job summary

Propark Mobility is seeking an On Call Parking Enforcement Officer in Pacifica, CA. The role involves directing patrons to parking, issuing tickets, and recording transactions, with a paid rate of $20.00 per hour.

You'll complete daily shift paperwork, handle exception transactions, and provide friendly, professional customer service. Availability mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts is required, with potential additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and able to work mornings, evenings, and overnight.
• High School diploma preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, comprehend and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

On Call - Parking Enforcement Officer

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Pacifica, California

Shift: On-Call, Monday to Friday 10am to 6:30pm

What we're looking for

• Direct patrons where to park.
• Issue tickets to customers, recording the required information on each ticket.
• Process exception transactions (e.g., lost tickets, grace period tickets, etc.) according to company policy, including completing the applicable form.
• Complete the daily shift paperwork by recording the number of transactions by parking rate, number of vehicles in and out of the facility, number of contract parkers, vehicles left in the facility, number of validated tickets and exception tickets.
• Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon exit.
• May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company’s maintenance checklists.
• Other special projects as assigned by location management.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.

Must Haves

• You are at least 18 years old.

• Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer.
