Qualifications

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Valid DMV driver’s license required.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Patrols an assigned area to observe parking violations.
• Issues citations for improper parking and related violations.
• Operate license plate reading technology.
• Supervise towing and removal of vehicles by contracted vendors.
• Inspect enforcement vehicles and perform routine maintenance (e.g., EV charging, tires).
• Operate computer equipment, two-way radio, handheld device.
• Provide customer service and answer questions about directions, events, and policies.
• Maintain professional and friendly demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Assist maintenance staff and perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks.
