Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Customer Service Representative at the BWI Airport location. You will deliver exceptional service to monthly parking customers, transient guests, and internal stakeholders, handling high-volume calls and written inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced outdoor setting, can stand for long periods, and maintains a friendly brand ambassador presence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in high-volume settings preferred.
• Must be comfortable standing and working outdoors during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for monthly parking customers, prospective and existing.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and written inquiries per SLAs.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Support customer retention with high-quality service experiences.
• Assist customers with account setup, maintenance, and web navigation.
• Process transactions including sign-ups, updates, and cancellations.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer data, payments, and notes in CRM.
