Job summary

MODERN PARKING INC is seeking a Parking Attendant in Baldwin Park, CA to deliver excellent customer service and oversee safety and security of the parking facility. You will greet customers, direct traffic, and maintain a clean booth.

The role may involve driving; candidates must be 18+, possess a California driver license if driving is required, and be willing to undergo a background check and fitness for duties evaluation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• California driver license if driving is required.
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions if driving is required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Standing/Walking for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve customers’ vehicles in a safe and timely manner (if driving is required).
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with customers and employees.
• Provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
• Welcome and acknowledge customers per company standards; anticipate and address needs.
• Control traffic to ensure smooth flow while keeping pedestrians safe.
• Maintain security of vehicles and keys (if driving is required).
• Verify supplies at start of each shift.
• Keep booth clean and orderly at all times.
