• Assist customers in lobbies, lanes, and offices; direct traffic.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor.
• Accept payments and process credit cards.
• Maintain cleanliness; sweep, wipe surfaces, trash removal, and bulb changes.
• Maintain and repair parking equipment to ensure access.
• Wear LAZ Parking uniform, arrive on time, and be ready to work.
• Work independently or under supervision and follow directions.
• Inform loitering individuals to move off property or contact police.
• Attend to safety hazards and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
