Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Parking Ambassador to shape the first impression of our resort through warm, attentive parking services. You will greet guests, ensure smooth arrivals and departures, and act as a knowledgeable ambassador for hotel services and local attractions.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months in guest service, a high school diploma or GED, and is at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of prior relevant guest service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all arriving guests at parking entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic parking services.
• Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by following all protocols and using good judgment to assist with regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion and delays.
• Serve as an ambassador for the property, be knowledgeable of all hotel services/features/offerings, and familiar with local attractions/activities/events in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
• Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty.
• Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation.
