Park MGM seeks a Self-Parking Ambassador to create a welcoming first impression for guests through friendly, fast, and attentive service. You will help keep parking operations running smoothly while assisting guests with directions and property information.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and at least 6 months of guest service experience. This is a part-time, on-site role with perks including free meals and parking, plus health benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months of guest service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests and provide friendly parking service.
• Direct vehicle flow and follow all safety protocols.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, activities and events.
• Report thefts or missing items to a supervisor or hotel security.
