Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a part-time role at our Avoca, PA location. The role centers on assisting customers with automated parking services, ensuring smooth traffic flow, and maintaining a clean facility.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and comfort with technology. Availability for 2nd/3rd shifts or weekends may be required. A valid driver’s license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or high aptitude for technology.
• Availability to work: 2nd/3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• License: Must have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with payment to fully automated revenue control equipment.
• Help customers with parking services and facilitate traffic flow.
• Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day activities at the location.
• Monitor pay-in lanes and assist customers professionally.
• Provide directions and resolve complaints with supervisor support.
