Qualifications

• Less than High School education or minimal related experience.
• Must have and maintain a valid state driver's license if driving a company vehicle.
• Ability to read simple instructions and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Direct customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location during shift as needed.
• Write and issue warning notices for policy violations.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or with carts as applicable.
• Assist customers who need help locating their vehicle.
• Maintain punctuality and wear the required uniform.
• Assist customers and escalate to the Facility Manager when needed.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits.
