The Car Park in Raleigh, NC is looking for a Parking Ambassador II. This role includes traveling to multiple locations, assisting with parking operations, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in diverse conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s license.
• Must pass background and drug test.
• Must submit to MVR check.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Previous customer service experience, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Travel to multiple parking garages assisting with daily parking operations.
• Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly manner.
• Provide escort service to customers.
• Perform vehicle counts on location throughout shift.
• Backup the Leads when pay machine deposits are pulled.
• Observe and assist customers with vehicle jump-starts.
• Perform daily patrols and issue violation warnings.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
• Immediately report accidents or safety concerns to Supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with guests and teammates.

Excellent customer service skills

Capacity to work in various weather conditions

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Aptitude to follow verbal/written directions

Capability to show up to work on time

Formation

GED or High School
