Job summary

The Car Park in Chapel Hill, NC is seeking a Parking Garage Attendant to deliver friendly, reliable customer service at our busy facilities. You will greet patrons, answer questions, and guide them to available parking spaces.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, performing light maintenance around the office and equipment, and maintaining open lines of communication with Supervisors. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be customer service savvy and able to handle a busy environment.
• Experience standing for long periods.
• Experience in parking garage or lot settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to daily and monthly parking patrons.
• Attend to customers' needs and concerns regarding parking.
• Perform light maintenance in the parking office and equipment.
• Communicate with Supervisors and work in a team; flexible nights/weekends/holidays.
