Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is hiring a Parking Attendant in Bellevue, WA. You will direct customers to parking spots, count vehicles, issue warnings, patrol levels on foot or with carts, assist customers, and maintain a neat appearance in uniform.

This role requires on-site work, reliability, and courteous service. The position offers $23–$24 per hour with tips, a benefits package, and opportunities to grow within a large parking network serving thousands of locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information one-on-one with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location throughout shift.
• Write and issue violation warnings for garage policy violations.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or with carts.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
• Be at work on time and in uniform.
• Assist customers and escalate to the Facility Manager as needed.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
• Assist in maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks as directed.
