Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks a parking attendant in Danvers, MA to guide customers, manage space, and enforce garage policies. You’ll count vehicles, issue warnings, and assist customers across shifts, while maintaining a clean lot in uniform.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license if driving company vehicles, basic math, and the ability to read and communicate clearly. The role offers $19.00 per hour with a Wednesday–Sunday 7:00am–3:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School or 1 month related experience.
• License: Valid state driver’s license with current address and driving record if driving company vehicle.
• Availability to work: 2nd/3rd shift and weekends may be required.
• Language: Ability to read simple instructions and communicate effectively.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic money calculations.
• Appearance: Neat and in uniform.
• Physical Demands: Stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location during shift.
• Write and issue violation warnings for garage policy violations.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or with carts.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
• Be at work on time and in uniform.
• Answer questions and refer to Facility Manager as needed.
• Control traffic at entrances/exits.
• Assist in maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks as directed.
