Job summary

Metropolis Technologies seeks a parking attendant to help manage vehicle flow at our Brooklyn location. You will direct customers to spaces, count vehicles, and assist with basic garage tasks while maintaining a neat uniform appearance.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, be flexible for shifts including weekends, and capable of handling light maintenance duties as directed by the Facility Manager. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Education/experience flexibility; high school not required.
• Candidate should be able to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to read, understand instructions and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location during shift.
• Write and issue warnings for policy violations.
• Patrol garage levels on foot or motorized cart.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
• Maintain uniform and arrive on time for every shift.
• Provide customer assistance and escalate to Facility Manager when needed.
• Control traffic at entrances/exits and assist with maintenance tasks.
