Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining accuracy of revenue, assisting with questions, and keeping the booth tidy. Availability for varying shifts is required, including potential weekend work.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Treat each customer with respect and kindness, ensuring the SP+ Promise of making every moment matter.
• Be at work on time, in uniform, and ready to assist customers.
• Count the bank of revenue at the start of shift to ensure starting total is correct.
• Collect cash and/or validations and maintain security of cash.
• Issue receipts or tickets and compute amounts due for each transaction.
• Operate cash register and display cost to customer.
• Provide directions and assist customers to reach their destination easily.
