Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Availability to Work: Special shift requirements; 2nd/3rd shift or weekends may be required.
• License: Valid state-issued driver’s license if driving company vehicle is required.
• Mathematical skills: Add, subtract, multiply and divide; make change.
• Language skills: Read, write, and present information to customers and staff.
• Reasoning ability: Follow standard instructions and solve problems with a few variables.
• Other skills: Use clock, calculator, or credit card machine for transactions; maintain pleasant demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide respectful, friendly service.
• Handle cash and/or validations and manage the cash bank at shift start.
• Operate cash register and provide receipts to customers.
• Provide directions and assist customers to locations.
• Address customer questions and resolve complaints with supervisor help.
• Keep booth clean and organized; ensure required supplies are stocked.
