Job summary

SP+ Corporation is seeking a cashier in Orlando, FL to provide a smooth parking experience. You will handle cash transactions, issue tickets, and assist customers in a fast-paced booth environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate revenue counts, maintaining booth cleanliness, and resolving customer concerns with supervisor support as needed. Prior experience and a valid driver's license may be required for driving company vehicles.

Qualifications

• Education/experience as described in the posting: less than high school or up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Availability for special shifts, including 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.
• License requirement: valid state-issued driver’s license if required to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Receive payment from customers for parking services.
• Counts bank at start of shift to verify starting total.
• Collects cash and validations and maintains security of cash.
• Issues receipts or tickets and calculates transaction costs.
• Gives directions to city locations and assists customers.
• Maintains booth cleanliness and conducts inventory checks.
• Resolves customer complaints with supervisor assistance when needed.
