Job summary

SP+ Portland is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to support the parking facility operations. You will handle cash, issue receipts, and guide customers, while ensuring accurate shift records and a secure cash bank.

The role requires punctuality, a neat uniform, and the ability to handle transactions efficiently. A valid driver's license, basic math, and strong communication help you succeed in this position at SP+.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: less than high school or up to 1 month related experience.
• State-issued driver's license with valid address and clean driving record.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and make change.
• Read/write simple instructions and communicate with customers.
• Flexibility for shifts, including weekends per location needs.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual, in uniform, and present for all shifts.
• Handle cash, validate tickets, and issue receipts.
• Operate cash register and calculate transactions.
• Provide directions to customers and assist with inquiries.
• Record transactions and prepare shift reports.
• Resolve customer complaints with supervisor support.
• Maintain booth cleanliness and inventory of supplies.
