Job summary

SP+ in Key Biscayne, FL is hiring a Parking Cashier to deliver a smooth, courteous parking experience. Responsibilities include taking payments, issuing receipts, counting the bank, handling cash, and guiding customers with polite, accurate service as part of the SP+ Promise.

You'll maintain booth cleanliness, log transactions, respond to complaints, and support operations during assigned shifts. A valid driver's license may be required; education is described as less than high school or minimal

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience as described in the posting.
• Availability to work 2nd/3rd shift and weekends may be required.
• License: valid state-issued driver's license if driving company vehicle.
• Mathematical ability: add, subtract, make change.
• Language: read/write simple instructions and present information.
• Reasoning: follow standard procedures and solve basic problems.

Responsibilities

• Receive payment for parking services and facilitate traffic flow in the facility.
• Operate cash register and calculate costs for customer transactions.
• Issue receipts or tickets and maintain accuracy of the cash bank.
• Assist customers with directions and parking services information.
• Answer telephone and maintain booth cleanliness.
• Record shift transactions and report daily revenue.
