Responsibilities

• Receive payment for parking services and issue receipts or tickets.
• Operate cash register and compute transaction amounts.
• Count and secure revenue at the start of shift and prepare shift report.
• Provide directions to customers and assist with inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints with or without supervisor guidance.
