Job summary

SP+ seeks a customer-focused parking attendant in Billings, MT. You will handle payments, issue tickets, and guide customers through the parking facility, while maintaining booth cleanliness and security. This role requires reliable attendance, basic math, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Education or experience as described: less than high school through one month related experience.
• Ability to work different shifts, including weekends.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address.
• Basic math and cash handling ability.
• Ability to read, write, and present information to customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive payment from customers for parking services and facilitate traffic flow through the gate.
• Count revenue at the start of shift and ensure starting total is correct.
• Collect cash and validations and maintain cash security.
• Issue receipts or tickets for each transaction.
• Operate cash register and display transaction costs.
• Quote prices for parking services as money is received.
• Provide directions to customers to various locations in the city.
• Resolve customer complaints independently or with supervisor aid.
• Maintain cleanliness of booth and surrounding area.
• Record shift transactions and prepare daily shift report.
