Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a Part-Time Key Attendant in Naples, FL. The role focuses on directing customers to parking spaces, counting vehicles, issuing warnings, and assisting visitors.

You will patrol areas on foot or with carts, maintain a neat appearance in uniform, and support the Facility Manager with maintenance tasks. Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location throughout shift as needed.
• Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or with motor carts as applicable.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
• Be on time and in uniform for all shifts.
• Answer customer questions or escalate to Facility Manager when needed.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as required.
• Assist in maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks as directed.

Education

Less than High School education or one month related experience
