MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Self-Parking Ambassador to greet guests, direct vehicle flow, and share accurate information about hotel services and local attractions with warmth and efficiency. Working outdoors in all weather, you’ll help create a smooth arrival experience and set a positive tone for guests from arrival through departure.

Minimum age 18, HS diploma or GED, and parking-related guest service experience preferred; starting pay is $14.65 per hour with perks

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Six months of prior relevant Guest Service experience.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Ability to perform job duties outdoors in all weather conditions.

The JOB

Join the team as a Self-Parking Ambassador, where you’ll create a welcoming first impression for guests through friendly, fast, and attentive service. In this role, you’ll help keep parking operations running smoothly while assisting guests with directions, property information, and overall arrival experience.

Working in a fast-paced resort environment, you’ll anticipate guest needs, provide exceptional service, and help set the tone for a seamless and memorable stay from the moment guests arrive creating WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!

THE STARTING PAY RATE: $14.65 / Per Hour

The DAY-TO-DAY

• Warmly greet arriving guests while providing friendly, efficient, and enthusiastic parking services

The IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Six (6) months of prior relevant Guest Service experience
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Ability to perform job duties outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, rain, wind, and dust storms
