MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a friendly Retail Sales Associate to welcome guests, drive sales, and maintain our high brand standards in a vibrant shopping environment. You'll assist guests with their needs, replenish products from stock, keep the space clean and safe, and report opportunities for improvement to Retail Management to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

Previous experience in retail and cash handling is preferred; 21+ age is required.

Formación

• 6+ months of prior relevant experience in retail sales and cash handling is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older

THE STARTING RATE: $17.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist guests with their needs and drive sales
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest's ease of shopping
• Own the guest's experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 6+ months of prior relevant experience in retail sales and cash handling is preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older
