Job summary

Park MGM, a premier MGM Resorts International property in Las Vegas, is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to help create the exceptional experience guests remember long after their stay. In this role, you'll maintain beautifully clean guest rooms and add thoughtful touches that elevate comfort and luxury.

Key tasks include making beds, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, restocking amenities, and reporting any maintenance needs. The starting rate is $25.0833 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3 months of related experience in housekeeping, or exposure to the hospitality industry and training from the Culinary Training Center.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean guestrooms including making beds, vacuuming, emptying trash, and wiping down or dusting all surfaces.
• Clean bathrooms including basins, bathtubs, shower walls and doors, toilets, and tile floors using proper chemicals and cleaning procedures.
• Replenish all guest amenities, information folders, soaps, tissues, and other room supplies as needed.
• Place clean bathmats on tubs and restock clean towels on towel racks.
• Report unusual room conditions or rooms in need of repair.

THE STARTING RATE: $25.0833 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Clean guestrooms including making beds, vacuuming, emptying trash, and wiping down or dusting all surfaces
• Clean bathrooms including basins, bathtubs, shower walls and doors, toilets, and tile floors using proper chemicals and cleaning procedures
