Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Parking Ambassador in Las Vegas. You will greet guests at the parking entrance, provide courteous, efficient service, and help manage vehicle flow to prevent congestion.

The role emphasizes guest interaction, knowledge of hotel services, and problem resolution, with a starting rate of $14.65 per hour. A 6+ month background in guest service and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of prior relevant guest service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all arriving guests at parking entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic parking services
• Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by following all protocols and using good judgment to assist with regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion and delays
• Serve as an ambassador for the property, be knowledgeable of all hotel services/features/offerings, and familiar with local attractions/activities/events in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately
• Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty
• Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation

THE STARTING RATE: $14.65

THE DAY-TO-DAY
