MGM Resorts International’s MGM National Harbor is hiring a Parking Ambassador to warmly greet guests, guide them to parking and transportation options, and support the Bell and Valet teams. You will help create a memorable arrival experience with professionalism and a friendly attitude.

The ideal candidate is 18+, with a High School diploma or GED and at least 6 months in customer service, ready to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience in Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with questions, directions, and transportation needs.
• Open doors and welcome guests into the property with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Support Bell and Valet teams to ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences.
• Assist employees and guests in parking and curbside areas as needed.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
