MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Parking Ambassador to greet guests, manage vehicle flow, and reflect the resort's renowned hospitality. With a warm smile, you will assist arrivals and departures, provide information about hotel services, and help guests feel valued from the moment they arrive.

The ideal candidate has 6+ months of guest service experience, is 18 years or older, and has a High School Diploma or GED.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all arriving guests at parking entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic parking services
• Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by following all protocols and using good judgment to assist with regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion and delays
• Serve as an ambassador for the property, be knowledgeable of all hotel services/features/offerings, and familiar with local attractions/activities/events in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately
• Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty
• Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation

THE STARTING RATE:

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Warmly greet all arriving guests at parking entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic parking services
