Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Senior Workforce Management Scheduler to ensure optimal staffing aligned with forecasted demand and service goals. You will develop, maintain, and optimize schedules across U.S.

time zones, partnering with Forecasting, Capacity Planning, and global teams to identify coverage risks and drive efficiency. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with Verint scheduling functionality and Excel, and the ability to influence scheduling

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain scheduling risks and tradeoffs.
• Experience independently managing workforce scheduling activities and improving staffing coverage.
• Experience with schedule generation, maintenance, shift assignment, and offline activity planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workforce schedules based on forecasted demand and business rules.
• Assign and optimize schedules considering shift bids, preferences, and contractual obligations.
• Identify gaps, overstaffing or coverage risks and recommend adjustments.
• Balance breaks, training, and offline activities to maintain coverage.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training and Quality to schedule offline activities.
• Manage schedule changes due to staffing availability and changing priorities.
• Review schedule quality and alignment, and propose improvements.
