Job description

Overview

Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Member workers perform many tasks with the families and peers throughout the park to ensure the guests are having an excellent and safe time while at Kids Empire.

Responsibilities
  • Attending customers as quick as possible, greeting them accordingly, and making them feel comfortable in the ambiance of the park.
  • Operating the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and collect guest information such as address, name, email address, and phone number using an IPAD.
  • Operating the front cash counter, handling transactions, and providing exact change when payment is made by cash.
  • Processing billing transactions accurately by verifying the amount displayed on the POS.
  • Organizing the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips and ice cream.
  • Checking snack inventory and communicating with management to reorder from specified vendors to replenish stock.
  • Walking the floor to monitor hazards and ensure guests follow park rules and guidelines.
  • Cleaning restrooms and sanitizing all park structures (e.g., tables, chairs, playground structures).
  • Assisting and participating in family events and ensuring events operate efficiently.
  • Other duties assigned.
Physical Demands
  • Stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly.
  • Frequent bilateral hand movements and good finger dexterity.
  • Must be able to work in noisy environments created by guests.
  • Must be able to tolerate a hectic and busy work environment during scheduled hours.
  • Must be comfortable with heights and tight spaces.
