Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing a team in entertainment or food & beverage.
• Food safety or alcohol certification required.
• Strong leadership with organization and time management.
• Ability to recruit, motivate and promote talent to grow teams.
• Workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Lift and carry over 50 pounds regularly.
• Experience achieving budgeted financial results.
• Mentor and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Work with and support the General Manager; assume GM responsibilities in their absence.
• Coach and develop a diverse team through clear communication.
• Manage all facets of the park operation.
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally.
• Establish and uphold Altitude standards and compliance.
• Oversee inventory and reporting responsibilities.
• Track spending and ensure adherence to park policies.
• Develop the team by setting profitability goals and rewarding performance.
• Recruit and hire talent.
• Set expectations and accountability with team.
• Ensure training programs to enable staff to perform duties.
• Maintain SMILES-driven guest experience.
