Job summary

Altitude Trampoline Park Austell is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee daily park operations and provide leadership across Front Desk, Courts, Café, Parties, Cleaning, and Arcade. You will drive guest satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence on each shift.

Lead by example, coach staff, and coordinate with General Manager to achieve daily objectives. Requires availability mornings/evenings/weekends, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Hospitality/entertainment/retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and POS knowledge preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily park operations across all departments.
• Oversee opening, mid-day, and closing procedures.
• Ensure guest areas and attractions meet company standards.
• Coach and develop frontline team members.
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
• Maintain safety rules and enforce incident reporting.
