Job summary

Altitude Trampoline Park in Pueblo, CO seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily park operations, guest services, and staff development. You will report to the General Manager and help uphold safety standards while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing a team in an entertainment or food and beverage environment.
• Food safety or alcohol certification required.
• Strong leadership and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible days, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to lift and carry over 50 pounds.
• Must achieve budgeted financial results in areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Work with and support the General Manager; assume GM responsibilities in their absence.
• Coach and develop a large and diverse team through clear written and verbal communication.
• Manage all facets of park operations.
• Oversee guest services and ensure excellent guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with Altitude standards and safety policies.
• Maintain inventory and reporting processes.
• Manage spending and financial performance.
• Build community relations and participate in local events.
