Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience in a similar environment is a plus.
• Ability to recruit, motivate, develop, retain, and promote top talent.
• Skilled in effective communication to uphold a positive and productive team culture.
• Operates effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent activity and distractions.
• Able to lift and carry over 50 pounds regularly.
• Experienced in budget management and financial reporting to meet financial goals.
