The role reports to the park Manager and requires a friendly, energetic attitude and strong organizational skills to manage a fast-paced environment and daily responsibilities.

Aufgaben

• Represent Altitude Trampoline Park with professional attitude and appearance.
• Communicate and enforce park regulations and jumping rules.
• Attend scheduled staff meetings.
• Book, change, and cancel jump appointments.
• Operate the POS system and verify waivers.
• Greet guests and provide information about park offerings and hours.
• Explain park features, services and packages to guests.
• Use the park computer system effectively.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Promote park programs, promotions, and discounts.
• Support SMILES philosophy to enhance guest experiences.
• Answer guest questions and resolve issues professionally.
• Communicate issues to management as needed.
• Adhere to safety and incident reporting guidelines.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
