The City of Highland Village is seeking a Park Manager to oversee Pilot Knoll Park operations, including campground management, gate activity, and visitor services. You will supervise staff, manage reservations, and ensure a safe, welcoming outdoor experience.

This role requires living on park property in a modern camping vehicle, provided campsite at no cost while employed, and irregular hours including weekends and holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of customer service experience and/or training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise employees and address visitor concerns.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee campground and gate operations, check-ins, reservations, pavilion rentals, and fee collections.
• Supervise and train Gate Attendants and Camp Host.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and explain park rules.
• Conduct routine rounds to monitor activities and ensure compliance with park rules.
• Coordinate with Camp Host and staff to identify maintenance needs.
• Inspect facilities and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and monitor supplies and equipment.
• Respond to park-related concerns and contact emergency personnel when needed.
