Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a part-time Team Lead to manage daily operations on the floor, stepping in as MOD when senior staff aren’t present. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, driving guest engagement, safety, and smooth park operations.

The role requires leadership, dependable work ethic, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with compensation ranging from $18.20–$19.20 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package for

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, with supervisory experience.
• Background in retail, food & beverage, entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Basic tech proficiency with POS and Microsoft Office/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when leaders are off-site, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and coach team members across departments to deliver service excellence.
• Rotational leadership across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Café/Facilities to maintain smooth operations.
• Drive guest engagement and membership/sales opportunities while upholding Sky Zone standards.
• Enforce safety policies, complete incident reports, and maintain cleanliness and readiness of the park.
