Job summary

Sky Zone's Lincoln Park park is seeking a Park Team Lead (PT) to oversee daily operations across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. This hands-on, part-time role requires leadership, guest focus, and the ability to step in as Manager on Duty when needed.

You'll rotate through areas, coach team members, drive guest satisfaction, ensure safety, and maintain park standards while delivering WOW service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Experience in retail sales, food & beverage, or entertainment is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to motivate others.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and set the tone for the team during shifts.
• Step into any operational area to maintain guest experiences and flow.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests.
• Coach team members to deliver WOW service and sales conversions.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure opening/closing procedures are followed.
