Job summary

CircusTrix dba Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead who will run shifts on the floor, coach a diverse team, and rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You’re not a full manager yet, but you’ll demonstrate ownership, reliability, and ready-to-learn attitude.

You’ll act as Manager on Duty when leaders are away, drive guest experiences, safety compliance, and park operations, with a compensation range around $18.89 per hour plus a strong benefits package for

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor with operational excellence and safety; coach team and delegate as needed.
• Drive guest experience and sales through proactive engagement and service excellence.
• Enforce safety policies, complete incident reports, and maintain cleanliness and readiness of the park.
• Step into multiple operational areas to ensure smooth park flow and guest satisfaction.
