Job summary

Sky Zone in Chicago is seeking a Team Lead to step in as Manager on Duty, directing daily operations across Sales, Parties, and Food & Beverage. This hands-on role offers exposure to multiple park areas and rapid leadership development.

You will coach team members, ensure guest experiences, drive memberships, uphold safety standards, and coordinate with senior staff to maintain park performance. The position requires reliability, communication, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail, entertainment, or recreation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the floor as MOD when leaders are away, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Drive membership and program sales while modeling service excellence.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain park readiness; document incidents.
• Rotate into Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events to develop leadership across areas.
