Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; substitution allowed with additional experience and coursework.
• Three years of full-time or equivalent experience in state parks, natural resources, tourism, or environmental industries, with two years in administrative/supervisory roles.
• Must have a valid driver's license and obtain WV license within six months; may require police, firearms, medical exams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in increasing lodging occupancy through rate management and packaging.
• Create overnight lodging packages, promotions and events to boost visitation and park revenue.
• Supervise staff, train/coaching, manage expenses, purchases; respond to emergencies; perform required law enforcement duties.
