Parkbridge Management LP is seeking an Assistant Resort Manager to support operations at one of our RV and Campground properties. You will assist in budgeting, staff supervision, and guest relations, acting as a brand ambassador and helping prepare annual budgets.

This year-round role emphasizes mentoring staff, coordinating with departments, and promoting a safe, welcoming environment for guests and employees.

Qualifications

• Management experience in hospitality or hotel industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Understand the financials of a business and have success in creating and managing budgets.
• Thrive on change and problem-solving and love to be challenged.

Responsibilities

• Train staff on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Build solid brand recognition for the property through service delivery.
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and employees.
• Conduct daily property walks.
• Address customer complaints promptly and in person.
• Collaborate with HR, Health & Safety, Finance, IT and other functions.
