Mt. Bachelor LLC in Bend, Oregon, seeks a Nordic Lead to oversee Nordic Center operations, including ticketing, rental and retail sales, and lesson bookings. This part-time winter seasonal role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and RTP experience.

The role emphasizes working with Lodge Staff, maintaining safety, and coordinating incident responses with the Nordic Manager. Prior Nordic exposure and OLCC/food handler knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education Required: High School equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow and give directions.
• OLCC and OR Food Handler’s cards preferred.
• 1+ year in a guest service-based position; Nordic setting preferred.
• Strong guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Open/close daily operations of the Nordic Center.
• Ticketing, rental, and retail sales with accuracy.
• Support Lodge Staff as needed.
• Sell Lesson Program services.
• Book lessons with RTP training.
• Monitor ticket stock and office supplies.
• Inspect and oversee rental equipment maintenance.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the Lodge facility.
• Coordinate incidents with the supervisor on duty.
• Handle guest and employee concerns professionally.
