Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of semi-skilled maintenance or construction experience in two of the following: electrical trades, plumbing trades carpentry trades, mechanical trades, water or wastewater treatment plant operations, or the operation of small and medium size construction or agricultural equipment; or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Active motor vehicle license required.
• PA residency requirement noted in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Work Planning: Organize schedules, assign tasks, and ensure effective use of staff and equipment.
• Project Coordination: Prepare for construction and maintenance projects by managing materials and reviewing plans.
• Staff Supervision: Train employees, complete evaluations, and maintain accurate personnel documentation.
• Safety Leadership: Provide safety training, maintain protective equipment, and address hazards promptly.
• Equipment Oversight: Guide proper use and upkeep of vehicles, tools, and construction equipment.
