Qualifications

• One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction.

Responsibilities

• General Repairs: Complete routine maintenance tasks and assist skilled staff with more advanced repair work.
• Facility Care: Clean buildings, perform basic adjustments, and maintain equipment and natural resources.
• Building Maintenance: Paint surfaces, repair roofs and windows, and use hand and power tools for upkeep.
• Electrical Assistance: Replace bulbs and switches and support minor electrical maintenance activities.
• Construction Support: Mix cement, build forms, and assist with masonry and chinking tasks.
• Grounds Assistance: Help with carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and upkeep of park structures.
