Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise provisional and seasonal staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate mowing and landscaping equipment to maintain turf and landscaped areas.
• Plow and salt hike/bike paths during winter or inclement weather.
• Repair/build fixtures and structures as part of park maintenance.
• Perform plumbing, electrical and HVAC-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance and prepare reports.
