Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans buildings, structures, and other park facilities.
• Performs routine landscaping tasks including mowing, pruning, weeding, mulching, and watering.
• Litter and trash pickup.
• Maintains facilities and storage areas.
• Sets up chairs, tables, and A/V equipment.
• Operates vehicles and equipment such as pickup trucks and mowers.
• Repairs building equipment as needed.
• Installs and maintains split‑rail fencing.
• Lifts up to 80 pounds.
• Stains and paints surfaces.
• Assists with purchases of supplies as authorized.
• Communicates with staff and park visitors.
• Participates in park safety programs and follows policies.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
